Shipping Policy

Shipping costs are determined by the package’s weight, the distance of travel, and shipment method (USPS, UPS, etc).

Form of Aggression  is not responsible for items damaged in transit.

We offer shipping insurance on all orders through Route; to insure your package please make sure that shipping protection is enabled at checkout. If your package arrives damaged, but you did not choose to include Route protection there will be nothing we can do. By choosing not to include Route package protection, you are acknowledging that you accept responsibility should your item(s) arrive damaged. Form of Aggression cannot issue a refund or a replacement for any items damaged in transit.

Please note: All vinyl is subject to minor cosmetic defects, cosmetic damages, or cosmetic differences due to the nature of the vinyl pressing and shipping process. Cosmetic defects or damage that does not impact the sound quality or playback of the vinyl itself is not covered by Route protection or by Form of Aggression . There will be no reshipment or reimbursement available for minor cosmetic defects or damage to vinyl/vinyl sleeves.

Due to the unpredictability of handling in shipping, we can not guarantee that CD or cassette cases will arrive undamaged, as they can crack and or break easily, even within adequate packaging. All items are guaranteed to leave our facility in perfect condition. There will be no reshipment or reimbursement available for cracks or defects of any kind on CD or Cassette cases.

Please see the list below for insured and uninsured shipping methods through UPS and USPS. Any insured methods are eligible for a claim to be filed with UPS/USPS, should your package be lost or damaged. We strongly encourage that you purchase Route for extra protection as the claims process through USPS and UPS can be long and drawn out.

Customs Fees

International shipments may be subject to customs fees. Form of Aggression is not responsible for collecting or paying these fees. Customs fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser and will vary by country and product value. We have no control over how much will be due and cannot provide reimbursement.


Return to Senders

Shipping costs originally paid on your package cannot be refunded when your package is returned to us. When your package is returned to us we will process a refund for the items purchased and any applicable taxes.

If your package is being returned to sender and you would like it reshipped, please email artist.canfield@hotmail.comwith your order number and let us know that you would like it reshipped. Please provide your full shipping address to send the order to. Please note that all re-shipments will require you to pay for shipping costs again. If you would prefer to not pay for shipping, a refund will be issued for the item(s) and any applicable taxes when your order arrives back to us. Shipping costs cannot be refunded.
